Women also continue to break new ground in the business world - as CEOs, top executives and business owners. Whether employee or employer, it is important to know your legal rights and obligations. Join us for an interactive presentation and learn practical tips on women's issues in the workplace, including sexual harassment, retaliation, gender, gender identity and sexual orientation discrimination, equal pay, family and medical leave, and pregnancy discrimination and accommodations.
Lori Goldstein, an employment lawyer since 1984, represents business owners, employers andemployees through her sole practice, the Law Office of Lori A. Goldstein LLC. Her advice on workplace rights and issues ranges from discrimination, harassment and retaliation, to equal pay, wage-hour, employment and independent contractor agreements, and severance agreements.
