"Should I? Can I? Will I? A Discussion on Career Change"
People are said to go through a variety of career changes in the course of their work life and while change can be good, the process can be overwhelming. The excitement of a new start can quickly be replaced with self-doubt and fear of leaving a comfort zone. In this discussion, we will talk about considerations before making your move. Also, since you are packing up, we will talk about what it is that you will be bringing with you aka transferable skills and experiences. Finally, we will need to talk about the all-important reality check. This discussion, led by Fred Hairston, Senior Training Specialist at National Able Network, will be important food for thought for all people currently thinking about a career change as well as for those who have not yet begun.
