Skokie Police Department Presentation: Business Watch and Security
The Village of Skokie BUSINESS WATCH is a free program that teaches business owners and their employees crime prevention techniques and strategies to be used to help reduce business-related crime and fraud. The goal of the Business Watch program is to teach business owners how NOT to become victims of fraud and crime. Please join the Skokie Chamber of Commerce & Industry, IMODS, and the Dempster Street Merchants Association as Skokie Police Officer Eric Swaback discusses important topics such as:
- shoplifting prevention
- identity theft
- detecting counterfeit currency
- robbery and burglary prevention
- workplace violence
- personal safety
- building security
