2015 09/18/15: Skokie Chamber Breakfast Club
"The Fine Art of Customer Appreciation"
One of the biggest mistakes a company can make is devoting the majority of its time and resources to attracting new customers while forgetting about current and past clients. Without your current and past customers, your business would not exist. Showing appreciation for your clients can help small businesses stand out from larger corporations, improve loyalty and retention, and lead to long-lasting business relationships. We'll dive into this topic at this month's Breakfast Club as our panel discusses tips and ideas that have worked for them (without breaking the budget). Our panel includes: Mary Laura Jones of Jones & Otto Neighborhood Developments (formerly of Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center); Erica Crohn Minchella of Minchella & Associates, Ltd.; Arlyn Tratt, Agent with RE/MAX; and Fred Siegel of MSM Promotions/PROforma.
The Skokie Chamber of Commerce's Breakfast Club is one of the Chamber's strongest monthly programs, moderated by Skokie Chamber members who are chosen by the staff as experts in their professional fields. These interactive meetings offer each attendee a chance to speak about their business, network with over 30 other professional community members, and interactively learn about our monthly business topics.
The Breakfast Club is presented by Home Helpers of Northeastern Illinois.
