Job Description
Locates & stocks necessary parts for Village vehicles and equipment; maintains inventory of frequently used parts and updates stock, researches parts manuals & internet for correct part numbers; maintains vendor network and participates in annual vendor evaluation process; checks repair orders and maintains fleet equipment records and history; generates fleet reports as requested; maintains fuel systems and manages fuel inventory; performs fuel site inspections and maintenance; performs monthly generator inspections. Knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures, prior stock room experience, and knowledge of local suppliers. Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills, general office computer skills, and problem solving abilities. Must effectively interface with mechanics, suppliers and inter-department automotive liaisons. H.S diploma or G.E.D. required. Must have at least three yrs. of exp. in an auto or truck fleet maintenance operation, a valid Driver’s License and the ability to obtain the following within 90 days of hire: CDL (Class B), UST Operators Certification, ASE P2 Certification.

Annual salary range: $55,391 - $70,682.
