If you are worried about these assessments\, we invite you to a presentation led by Rob Nash (https://www.resoluteconsulting.com/rob-nash/) from the newly formed coalition\, Renew Cook County\, to address these concerns.\n\nRenew Cook County is a coalition of property owners\, asset managers\, tenants\, residents\, individual companies\, construction and trade groups and other organizations who believe Cook County and the entire state of Illinois cannot prosper unless we work to meaningfully reduce the burden of property taxes. Renew Cook County's role is to educate and engage property owners on the barriers Cook County's property tax system create to economic growth\, job creation and the future quality of life in Illinois. We are looking for organizations and associations who are concerned about the trajectory of the property tax system to join the coalition.\n\n \n\nRenew Cook County is NOT a political action committee and we will not participate in elections.
