This program is moderated by master networker Rebecca Bloomfield of Jerry S. Pearlstein Insurance Ltd. and features a hot breakfast buffet.\n\n\n\nThis Month's Program: Skokie's Telecommunications and Technology Commission will present on COM ED's Free Energy Efficiency Evaluations for Commercial Facilities.  This program helps businesses find opportunities to lower energy bills and reduce costs.  At this talk\, attendees will learn about the following:\n\n\n	The benefits of ComEd's energy efficiency program\, which include:\n	\n		Improved and maintained occupant comfort and productivity\n		Increased property value\n		Reduced maintenance needs and extended equipment life\n	\n	\n	The various types of facilities covered under ComEd's energy assessments.\n	ComEd's energy assessment process and timeline. This includes:\n	\n		A preliminary ten minute phone interview to develop a specific plan and to schedule an onsite visit.\n		An onsite engineer interview including a facility walkthrough to identify energy saving strategies.\n		Generation of the energy assessment report\, which includes:\n		\n			Incentive opportunities\n			No/low cost operational opportunities\n			Potential annual dollar and energy savings\n			A financial benefits section organized by project
