Community Healthcare Connections is sponsored by BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois.\n\nCommunity Healthcare Connections' mission is to provide education and resources for all in Skokie and the surrounding communities. \n\n \n\nThe goals of this roundtable will be:\n\n\n\n	\n	Community Education and Outreach\n	\n	\n	Roundtable Discussions and Presentations\n	\n	\n	Roundtable Events and Industry Support\n	\n	\n	More (Please take our survey to help us learn what goals you would like to see for this Roundtable)\n	\n\n\nWho can join the Roundtable? Any business/organization owner or business/organization representative in the Healthcare or Senior Resource field OR in an industry that would benefit from health-related outreach (such as schools\, daycares\, Senior Community Centers\, etc.)\n\n\nAn informational meeting will be held on Wednesday\, September 7 at Skokie Public Library's 1st Floor Mary Radmacher Room from 12 - 1:30pm. Guests are welcome to bring a brownbag lunch or take out from your favorite local restaurant as catering will not be provided for this meeting. \n\n\n\nPlease RSVP on this page. We would also like YOUR input on what you'd like to see from this Roundtable.
