2015 05/15/15: Skokie Chamber Breakfast Club
"My Business is a Success: Now What?"
Your business has taken off - great news! Now you'll need to start making decisions on how to manage your business as it grows. When do I need to add staff and what's the best way? How long will your current facility be able to support your business? When it is the right time to look for additional space? What about marketing - is your current plan working and will it continue to grow the business? Data and technology also need to be considered - do I buy computers or lease them?
There are many different types of solutions that can be considered at different times in a company's growth. Pam Colovos of BusinessEase Inc. and Rebecca Bloomfield of Jerry S. Pearlstein Insurance Ltd. will present some resources and ideas to help you grow your business that are both cost effective and efficient as they facilitate this month's discussion on building infrastructure to support success.
The Skokie Chamber of Commerce's Breakfast Club is one of the Chamber's strongest monthly programs, moderated by Skokie Chamber members who are chosen by the staff as experts in their professional fields. These interactive meetings offer each attendee a chance to speak about their business, network with over 40 other professional community members, and interactively learn about our monthly business topics.
The Breakfast Club is presented by Home Helpers of Northeastern Illinois.
