Real Estate Round Table Q1 Event: Networking & Seminar by Skokie's Community Development Department

The Real Estate Roundtable Returns! We invite you to join us at the Quarter 1 event as we kick off the morning of Tuesday March 12, 9am with open networking & Dunkin breakfast , followed by a seminar led by Skokie's Building & Inspection Services Division Manager, Angel Schnur.

Renovations and Home Improvement projects are always in the works, but Skokie is presently in a development stage with new construction coming to Downtown Skokie, Westfield Old Orchard Mall, Dempster St, Main St. and many other areas of our Village. Following the initial open networking portion of our event, Angel will deliver remarks on her specialty service as it relates to Skokie's Community Development Department while taking Q & A from all participants, as you ask your burning questions related to: Property Management, Zoning & Permits, Rental Regulations, Home Inspections, Unclear Legislation or Policy, and many other pertinent topics.

The Real Estate Roundtable is a quarterly-meeting group of allied professionals for the real estate industry. This may include such professions as: Realtor, Mortgage Lender, Real Estate Attorney, Landscaper, Moving & Storage, Plumber, Electrician, Carpenter, Architect, Contractor, Bath & Tile, Furniture Store, HVAC, Home Inspectors, Handy People, and many more. 

This event is open to all members of the Real Estate Roundtable, Skokie Chamber of Commerce, and representatives of prospective businesses seeking to join the Skokie Chamber.
