Catapult Your 2022 Business Performance
Why Having an Information-Driven Business Planning Process Is Critical For Success
It’s that time of year again. The strategic business planning cycle has begun for the New Year. And, as much as a business plan is paramount for success, much work must be done before you can develop your plan with a proper foundation that can catapult your 2022 business performance.
Often businesses jump right into the plan development, missing key learnings from collecting and analyzing business information that would have put them on the right path. And that's the point. You want to be on the right path, ensuring you have the right focus on your people, your internal operations, your value proposition, and your customers. Because it takes this kind of focus to drive improved business performance. Only then can you drive the financial results for your business that are truly transformational.
Join us as Deb Dietz, Founder and CEO of SMB Value Partners takes us through the SMB strategic business planning process that is driven by data and analysis which uncovers key insights that inform the development of your 2022 business plan, gaining clarity on key performance objectives, strategies, tactics and metrics that catapults you towards increased success.
You’ll leave the workshop with the tools you need to plan effectively for 2022, focusing on your first quarter 2022 business objectives:
- The Research Bridge: How you can extract key insights from data that identifies key business growth opportunities and objectives
- The Portfolio Review: Understanding the financial impact and growth opportunities of your current product/service portfolio – your value proposition - helping you to prioritize your human and financial resources
- The Balanced Scorecard: Your Strategic Business Plan Template that maps business insights into objectives, strategies and tactics for the four business planning perspectives:
- Financial
- Customer
- Internal Process/Operations
- Employee
