The Westminster Place Team is seeking a dynamic Director of Admissions who is responsible for admissions into the health care center. The Direcotr coordinates and implements effective admissions and outreach strategies to ensure census goals are achieved.

Essential Functions:
- Monitors goals and performance metrics. This effort includes both conducting and monitoring measurable sales critical success factors, establishing, and monitoring a referral pipeline, quotas, and occupancy for Skilled Healthcare levels of care
- Embraces a culture of continuous self-improvement and self-correction
- Responds to requests for information in a timely manner with a high sense of urgency
- Assists in creating marketing and outreach campaigns that drive the book of business
- Dedicates 20% of time each week to outbound outreach appointments for the purpose of bringing in new referrals that convert to admissions and building a deep referral network beyond just the hospitals.
- Meets or exceeds budgeted census and outreach goals as described in the compensation plans and critical success factors
- Manages the inquiry process professionally, timely and with appropriate follow-up
- Responds promptly to hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources
- Works in close cooperation with Admissions, Coordinator
- Sets appointments, makes presentations, and tours prospective residents/families
- Oversees the admission process
- Develops and implements a quarterly outreach strategic plan on the template that is provided by the Corporate Director of Sales and VP of Strategic Marketing and Sales. Reviews with management on quarterly basis
- Develops and maintains productive relationships with various referral sources
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with focus in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Hospitality, or related field of study.
- Five or more years of sales experience including commissioned sales.
- Previous CCRC/Life Plan experience a plus.
- Prior experience working in long-term care.
