The Director of Development works in collaboration with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to lead the organization’s overall fundraising strategy, establish and achieve annual philanthropy goals in accordance with the organization's mission, and to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability. This individual will lead the creation and execution of Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center’s (ZCenter) annual development plan, including fundraising campaigns, special events, and planned giving initiatives.
