Stress and anxiety impacts our ability to be productive, generate income, and achieve the work/life balance we would all like to have. Please join us at this month's Women In Business for a panel discussion led by Rachel Dubrow, LCSW, Amy Landolt of Northshore Acupuncture Center LLC, and Kathy Kessenich of Well Being, Massage Therapy & Wellness as they discuss the impact of stress on our work and innovative approaches and strategies for managing stress and anxiety.

Rachel Dubrow, LCSW is a clinical social worker in private practice. She has a Master's Degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and is an adjunct professor in the University of New England's School of Social Work. She has a passion for helping adults of all ages find work/life balance, manage stress, and reach their own interpersonal goals.

Amy Landolt is the owner of Northshore Acupuncture Center and a Licensed Acupuncturist who specializes in the treatment of anxiety, sleeping issues, and menopausal symptoms.

Kathy Kessenich owns Well Being Massage Therapy and Wellness. She sees herself as a health facilitator working in partnership with people who seek her services and provides a safe, comfortable, soothing environment in which people can be themselves, let go of their stresses, and have the opportunity to make positive changes to improve their overall health and quality of life.
