A Physical Therapist with a Twist, Shelley Kleinman has worked for over 35 years as a PT treating hundreds of people ranging from pre-teens to centenarians! Shelley has organized and created an approach, the Erasore Method, to maximize functional mobility and balance at any age, or stage, of life. Shelley also offers her self practice at managing her own injuries and the most common issues so prevalent today; stress management, sleep disorders, sinus and head congestion, digestion and more. Erasore's goal is to improve the mind - body connection to maximize it's natural healing abilities along with any other interventions already in practice. Shelley brings a whole person approach; she addresses cognitive, emotional, spiritual and the physical, in one therapeutic package. She loves to be efficient! Shelley was born on the south side of Chicago and has lived in Skokie since 2012.
